Proposal Management and Support

What componets from the bid/proposal writing phase of the contract capture?

A key to winning a contract is proper bid/proposal writing and bid/proposal preparation, whether it is a response to a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or a Request for Offers (RFO). This is achieved by fully understanding how the Government expects responses to be submitted and knowing what is needed to be fully compliant with the proposal requirements contained in the solicitation. Our experience over the years has made us adept at performing these functions and assisting our clients through the following methods:

  • Review each solicitation for its specific requirements
  • Prepare a compliance matrix fully elaborating on all of the requirements contained in the solicitation
  • Prepare an initial proposal outline and list of response requirements
  • Prepare "needs lists" for specific information that is required in the solicitation's bid/proposal writing instructions, including such items as past performance citations and questionnaires
  • Develop and write technical, management, past performance and cost proposals
  • Assist in cost analysis and bidding strategy
  • Review all written materials from a proposal evaluator's standpoint for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
  • Perform/assist with subcontractor and/or key personnel recruitment
  • Perform final bid or proposal production and submission
  • Assist with client presentations where required
  • Perform post submission assistance

If you have a project in mind contact us now. We can discuss all the pro’s and con’s of each opportunity and determine how we can help you. Once you decide on an opportunity and request us to support you in writing a winning proposal, we will send you a brief agreement specific to that opportunity that will clearly define our relationship and provide:

  • An estimate of any and all costs to you
  • What will be expected of you
  • What you can expect of us
  • Assurance that all information exchanged/provided is 100 percent proprietary
